THE OUT-OF-COURT EXECUTOR · APPENDIX D2

Estate Position at a Glance

These worksheets give executors, beneficiaries and advisers a shared picture of the estate’s assets, available cash, outstanding bills and costs of delay. They aid understanding while administration continues; they do not replace formal estate accounts.

Include estate assets only, identify estimates and check the figures against your records. This worksheet does not decide whether money can safely be distributed.

Your entries stay on this page and are not sent to Human Law. They are not saved when you close or refresh it. Use Print / Save as PDF to keep a copy.

Overseas assets or costs? (optional)

Enter all figures in pounds. If converting overseas amounts, record the original currency, exchange rate and conversion date below.

Human Law does not advise on foreign law or overseas tax. Seek appropriate local advice where required.

5. Unresolved issues preventing progress

Blank amounts are not treated as confirmed zeroes. Totals cover only the figures entered. This worksheet does not establish beneficiary entitlements, safe distributions, recoverable losses or responsibility for delay.
