THE OUT-OF-COURT EXECUTOR • APPENDIX D1

Estate Carrying-Cost Calculator

Estimate ongoing cash outgoings during estate administration. Model recurring property and asset holding costs across 1, 3, 6, and 12 months using your own figures.

Use this with the estate-position worksheet (D2) to give executors, beneficiaries and advisers a shared overview of the estate and the cost of delay.

Transparent Arithmetic Model: This tool illustrates estimated cash outgoings based entirely on user inputs. It does not measure financial loss legally caused by delay, calculate court or tax deadlines, or provide tax or legal advice. All calculations remain private in your browser. Figures are saved only for this tab’s browser session. Clear Form removes the saved figures. Figures are not sent over the network.
