A clear scope and fixed fee before work begins
The initial conversation establishes whether we can help. Individual legal advice and document review are provided under an agreed instruction.
The Stage 01 Dispute Assessment & Action Plan costs £400 + VAT (£480 including VAT) and includes selected document review, a consultation with Justin and a written Action Plan. After assessment, we offer an overall fixed fee where the work can be defined confidently, or a fixed next-stage fee with an explained overall budget. You approve the scope and price in writing before further work begins.
Mention any deadline or immediate concern when you contact Justin. If immediate court protection is required, obtain urgent advice from a practitioner able to take that step rather than awaiting a routine response. An enquiry does not pause a deadline.
