- Exclusions: Substantive document review prior to the session; ongoing correspondence; third‑party negotiation.
Tier 2 — Premium Systemic Diagnostic

Tier 3 — Engineered Resolution Plan

- Exclusions: Handling active contentious litigation; attendance at court hearings; acting as the solicitor on record.
Tier 4 — Ongoing Senior Legal Guidance
Fixed Fee: £450/month + VAT
Optional month‑to‑month regulated legal guidance for fiduciaries managing active, high‑pressure administrations. Delivered within strict, hour‑capped boundaries (up to 1.5 hours per month).
- Inclusions: Senior review of incoming correspondence to identify latent liability risks; continuous legal health checks on estate accounts and distributions; drafting precise, un‑headed position text templates for your ongoing correspondence.
- Exclusions: Unscheduled reactive communication; administrative form‑filling; direct correspondence or calls to third parties; being placed on the court record.
Strict Pricing Disclosures & Scope Bounds
All project quotes are provided in writing following the Tactical Entry Point and remain binding for 30 days. As Human Law operates strictly under an unbundled advisory model, physical execution (asset liquidation, tax accounting, conveyancing) remains under the controlled direction of the executor or their traditional transactional agents.
