Initiate an Assessment
Human Law operates at controlled capacity. To preserve stability for active advisory files, we do not accept unscheduled calls or open‑ended enquiries. All new matters begin with a structured intake assessment.
The intake process determines whether:
- the file is suitable for a Snapshot Diagnostic,
- the executor is operating under systemic load,
- the administration is experiencing structural degradation, and
- a fixed‑fee intervention is appropriate.
What You Need to Provide
To initiate an assessment, please supply:
- a brief description of the estate system,
- the current point of friction or gridlock,
- the executor configuration (sole or co‑executors),
- any relevant correspondence or advisory history.
All materials should be sent to advice@human-law.co.uk. We will confirm receipt and provide a controlled intake window.
Capacity & Suitability
We accept only those matters where a structural intervention will materially stabilise the administration. If the file is unsuitable for our architecture, we will advise promptly so that you can continue with your existing professional support without delay.
Professional Conduct
Human Law does not undertake litigation, contentious probate, or routine administrative processing. Our role is strictly limited to structural diagnostics and advisory engineering.
