The intake process determines whether:
- the file is suitable for a Written Legal Diagnostic (Snapshot)
- the executor is under significant pressure or uncertainty
- the administration is experiencing stalled progress
- a fixed‑fee intervention is appropriate
The Compulsory Entry Protocol
- Book your Fixed‑Fee Legal Advice Meeting (£395 + VAT).
- Complete the intake questionnaire so we understand the basic context.
- Upload your core estate documents securely before the meeting.
This ensures your Tier 1 session is focused, efficient, and immediately useful.
Capacity & Suitability
We accept matters only where a structural advisory intervention will materially stabilise the administration. If your file is not suitable for our method, we will advise promptly during Tier 1 so you can seek alternative support without delay.
Professional Conduct
Human Law does not undertake litigation, contentious probate, or routine administrative processing. Our role is strictly limited to:
