With the Cambridge Analytica/Facebook investigation gathering pace, it is little surprise that the Cambridge Analytica Chief Executive Alexander Nix has been suspended.
Given that the firm has its own survival at risk (I read today that Harvey Weinstein's old firm has filed for corporate bankruptcy) an issue will be whether the firm will seek to throw Mr Nix to the wolves in a bid to save itself provided it is not too late or too much damage has been done.
From Mr Nix's lawyer point of view (if he is genuinely at risk of being fired) it will be a case of looking at the statements made by the firm's executives to see whether Mr Nix has been constructively dismissed.
