I am pleased to say that I have been commissioned by Law Brief Publishing to write another book which will be on the topic of Elderly Fraud.
It will cover the following areas:

- Will Validity
- Challenging the Executor
- Banking Law (bank statements in fraud cases in fraud cases are sometime
difficult to get)
- Successful ADR Methods and Conduct of Court Cases
I have collaborated before with Law Brief Publishing and have written a Practical Guide To Elderly Law.(two editions) and I am looking forward to working with them again.
We expect publication in mid 2025.
