About Human Law Mediation

 Human Law Mediation was established in 2002 as Human Law by principal, Justin Patten, solicitor and accredited mediator.

One of Human Law’s specialities was dispute resolution and litigation prevention. In early 2007 a decision was taken to focus attention full time on mediation, developing the practice to offer a full range of mediation services and mediation training programmes.

Human Law Mediation now specialises full time in mediation working alongside lawyers, business owners, HR professionals and individuals to negotiate settlements on a wide range of business and personal disputes.

Mediations are conducted personally by Justin Patten. Justin is an accredited mediator, trained with the Academy of Experts. He is also a fully qualified solicitor meaning he understands the law and the use of the legal process in dispute resolution. Following our 6-point plan for successful mediation Justin uses a systematic yet sympathetic approach to your dispute.

Justin patten is a Member of the Law Society of England and Wales. Regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority Firm's SRA Number (SRA No.380692)  and subject to its Code of Conduct - www.rules.sra.org.uk/
